ComposerFlex and PianoFlex
ComposerFlex composes complete solo-piano songs from its own musical rules and plays each one as it writes it. PianoFlex is a complete, ready-to-play piano, with every part of its sound yours to shape.
Choose a preset, press Start, and hear a new song, its tune, accompaniment, chords and form composed as it plays. Like it? Its seed, kept with its preset, brings it back note for note in the same version of ComposerFlex.
Play it from a MIDI keyboard, from ComposerFlex, or in any DAW that hosts VST3 plugins, and shape every part of the sound while you play.
How they work
No AI model makes the music or the sound. The programs do it themselves, on your computer.
ComposerFlex works from rules of harmony, melody, rhythm and form, tuned by ear, the way a musician composes.
PianoFlex computes each note from a model of the hammer, the strings, the soundboard, the dampers and the pedals, then places it in a room heard through microphones.
ComposerFlex plays straight into the PianoFlex program on the same PC, with nothing to set up. PianoFlex works on its own just as well.
