Your license key
Your license key arrives by email, usually within minutes of buying. In the program, choose Enter license key…, and enter the email address you bought with and your key. You do this once for each Windows user on each computer. The guides explain it step by step: PianoFlex, ComposerFlex.
Lost the email? Find your key with your email address and the Payment ID from your receipt.
No key yet? Check your spam folder, then write to [email protected] with your order number (the Payment ID in your receipt email).
Refunds
Ask within 14 days for a full refund, with no questions asked. See the refund policy.
